Training:

Talent is crucial, so is training. Ebara stresses to upgrade the quality of the personnel on each post. Each year, Ebara sends technicians and skilled workers of certain proportion to Japan for further study. Besides, it also promotes inside and outside communication and improves the whole level of the personnel through various forms of training, such as technical communication, product exhibition, expert discussion, expanding training, new hand run-up, etc.

Our incentive policy:

It is always our guideline to manage the enterprise by advanced way and encourage the personnel by advanced method. Ebara started to use the performance management and assessment system made by the Renmin University Center for Human Resources Research in 2002. The assessment is just and fair and the performance is different for each post. The personnel are in an atmosphere that is beneficial to personal development and their potential can be fully developed.

Our attentions:

We pay attention to the whole-life career planning design of the personnel. Therefore, we help the personnel to grow with the enterprise and master the working situation and personal thinking to help them adjust to optimal condition. Our salary and welfare:

Salary: post salary+ performance salary+ year-end bonus

Work and rest: 5 days a week and 8 hours each day.

Insurance: 5+1

Traffic: free regular bus (four buses for the main roads of the downtown area)

Lunch: free lunch (the meal is nutritious with meat and vegetable dishes, fruits and deserts)

Monetary gifts: for weddings, child birth, funerals, etc.

Holiday: holidays specified by the country+ 10 days vacation with salary paid each year

Physical examination: free physical examination every two years
